How does Automo use Google Calendar, Gmail and Google Drive?

Automo is a business workspace that brings your CRM, tasks, calendar, email, files, support, marketing and team activity into one place. Google integrations are optional and are only requested when you choose to connect them in Automo. Google Calendar — When you connect Google Calendar, Automo uses your calendar access to display your schedule alongside your CRM, tasks and team activity. You can also create and update calendar events directly from Automo. Gmail — When you connect Gmail, Automo uses Gmail access only for the email features you enable. For send-only access, Automo lets you send emails from inside the platform. We do not read, delete, archive, label or modify your Gmail inbox unless you separately authorise inbox access. Google Drive — When you attach or share Google Drive files through Automo, we access only the files you choose to use with the app. We do not access files you have not selected. Your data is yours. You can disconnect any Google integration at any time from Settings → Integrations. Disconnecting revokes Automo’s access. We do not sell your Google user data or use it for advertising.
