Connect rate counts only real conversations (15 seconds or more), so voicemail drops no longer inflate it, and a new "Conversations (>2 min)" tile shows how many calls turned into actual talks. Inbound and outbound are now both shown as counts with their share underneath, and very short calls are labelled "No answer / voicemail" instead of "Connected".
