Payroll admins now get a heads-up two business days before each pay day, another on the morning of pay day, and an overdue alert the day after if the pay run isn't posted. My Day shows a pay day checklist for each pay calendar (leave, draft, review, post, ABA, bank, super, STP, payslips) with links to each step, so no step gets forgotten, even when payroll still runs in Xero.
