Reopening Add employee after a successful add now starts a fresh wizard, the first step asks for role and start date so new hires are not flagged "Needs attention", and the finish message says exactly what happened. Hires added without a contract are told how to activate them so leave can be recorded. The AI setup helper no longer spins forever, the contract preview names your new hire with readable field labels instead of raw placeholders, and Staff Directory names and emails use the full column width with the full text on hover.
