Charts in the spreadsheet editor are now properly usable on a phone. The chart editor opens as a full-screen panel instead of a cramped side panel, tapping a chart selects it so you can drag it where you want, and a new chart is created at a size that fits your screen. A selected chart puts its own actions on the bottom toolbar, and charts can now be resized from any corner without getting lost off the edge of the grid.
