Zero tolerance
We do not allow child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) of any kind. This includes child sexual abuse material (CSAM), any sexual content involving minors, grooming, sextortion and trafficking. It applies to messages, files, images, videos, profiles, Communities, and AI requests and results.
Minimum age
You must be at least 16 to use Communities, to join chats as a guest and to use Mo Chat. Where local law sets a higher age, that age applies. We close accounts that we learn belong to someone under the minimum age.
How to report
In the apps: tap Report on any message, person or AI result. Reports go to our safety team, and the person you report is not told who reported them. By email: write to safety@automo.ai. Include usernames, links or a description of what you saw. Never send us copies of abusive images of children. If a child is in immediate danger, call your local police or emergency services first.
What we do
• We review child safety reports as a priority. • We remove the content and block access to it. • We close the accounts involved and work to stop them coming back. • We report child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) in the United States, and to the relevant national authorities elsewhere. • We preserve the relevant content and account information for law enforcement. • We respond to valid requests from law enforcement.
Compliance with the law
We comply with the child safety laws that apply to us, including the duty to report child sexual abuse material and to preserve evidence. We review these standards as laws and good practice change.
Child Safety Officer
Our named point of contact for child safety is our Child Safety Officer, reachable at safety@automo.ai. They are responsible for these standards and can speak about them on Automo's behalf. [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] [COMPANY ADDRESS]
