What is not allowed
• Harassment, bullying, threats or intimidation. • Hate: attacking people for their race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation or nationality. • Any sexual content involving minors, or sexualising minors in any way. We report it to the authorities. • Sharing, or threatening to share, intimate images of someone without their consent. • Violence, praising violence or encouraging self-harm. • Buying, selling or promoting illegal goods or services, such as drugs, weapons or stolen data. • Spam, scams, phishing and unwanted bulk messages. • Pretending to be another person, brand or organisation.
AI requests
The same rules apply to what you ask Mo and Automo's other AI features to write, make or find. We may refuse requests that break these guidelines and review the accounts that make them.
How to report and block
Tap Report on any message, person or AI result. You can also block a person so they can no longer message you. To report by email, write to safety@automo.ai. If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services.
What happens
We review every report. Depending on how serious it is, we may remove content, warn the person, limit their features, suspend or close their account, and report them to the authorities. Community owners and admins can also remove messages and members.
