• A client wants to book after you have closed. They pick a service and a time on your booking page and get a confirmation email with a calendar invite.
• The phone rings while everyone is mid-appointment. Your salon line takes a message and logs the call on the client's contact, ready to call back.
• Tomorrow's bookings need confirming. Each client gets an email reminder the day before, with a link to reschedule or cancel.
• Next Tuesday still has gaps. Make a post in your brand, schedule it to your socials and email an offer to your regulars.
• Some regulars have not been back in a while. See which clients are due or lapsed in your pipeline and send them a text to rebook.

Is it free to start?

Yes. Start on the Free plan with the booking page, CRM, social posts and invoicing for 1 member, with no credit card. Calls and texts come with the Starter plan.

Can I bring my client list from another booking system?

Yes. Export your clients as a CSV from your current system and import them into Automo.

Can my whole team use it?

Yes. The Free plan is for 1 member. When you add your stylists and front desk, move to a paid plan and everyone works from the same clients and calendar.

Can I take card payments at the desk?

Yes, on the Starter plan. Take card payments on the card machine you already use and record them at the till. Invoices can carry a card payment button once you connect Stripe.
