Migrate from Airtable to Automo
This page does not open your Airtable account. Create a free Automo account, then connect Airtable with a read-only token and import your bases into knowledge base databases.
What moves across
- Bases you pick after you connect a read-only Airtable token
- Tables with their fields, views and records, as knowledge base databases
- Automations you paste or screenshot, rebuilt as switched-off Automo automations for you to review
What does not
- A direct sync of Airtable automations and scripts. Airtable does not let us read them
- Interfaces and extensions
- Airtable sharing, permissions and billing
Export from Airtable
- Create a free Automo account from this page
- After sign-up, the workflow import opens with Airtable already chosen
- In Airtable create a personal access token with schema.bases:read and data.records:read, add your bases, and paste it
- Pick bases and tables, import, then paste or screenshot your automations and review each one
Questions about moving from Airtable
Does this page open my Airtable account?
No. After you create an Automo account you connect Airtable with a personal access token. Automo only reads, and nothing in Airtable is changed.
Do my Airtable automations sync directly?
No. Airtable does not let us read automations. Paste how each one works or drop screenshots of the automation editor, then review what Automo rebuilds. They are created switched off.
Where do my tables land?
Each table becomes a knowledge base database with its fields, views and records. You can switch records off and import only the structure.
Which token scopes do I need?
schema.bases:read and data.records:read, with the bases you want to import added to the token in Airtable.
