How to move from Pipedrive
- In Pipedrive open People or Organizations, then Export as CSV
- Drop that CSV here. It is read on your device
- Or choose Connect Pipedrive. Nothing is read from Pipedrive before you have an account
- Create a free Automo account. Your CSV opens in the CRM importer, or the Pipedrive importer opens so a workspace owner or admin can connect
Questions about moving from Pipedrive
Do Pipedrive deals move in the CSV?
No. A CSV carries contacts and companies only. Connect Pipedrive after sign-up to bring over deals and pipelines too.
People or Organizations?
Export People for contacts, Organizations for companies. Drop one file at a time.
Is this free?
Reading the CSV in your browser is free. After sign-up you continue in Automo CRM on your plan.
Does Automo log into Pipedrive?
Only if you choose Connect Pipedrive. After sign-up a workspace owner or admin signs in, and Automo only reads. If this page has no Connect Pipedrive button yet, export the CSV instead.
