In the simpler layout, Calendar, Email, Chat and your other conversations now open with one short list of channels on the left instead of the whole Home menu, and the calendar keeps just what you use every day: one New event button, your month, your calendars and the week. Extras like Plan my day and scheduling are one tap away in the "…" menu.
