Support now opens on one tidy header and your tickets, not a wall of buttons. Pick a queue beside the title, switch between Active and Urgent, and every card says the one thing that needs doing next: act now, customer replied, not contacted yet, or where a fix has got to. Mo's replies, queue review and suggestions now live together in one panel, and the tools you choose for a new workspace now stay exactly as you set them.
