status, resend, void and signed copy A person's HR profile shows their latest contract, where it stands (draft, sent, opened, link expired, declined, signed, voided) and when the signing link expires, with the same wording as the Staff list. You can resend an unsigned contract after confirming the recipient, void a contract that is out and get a fresh draft replacement to review and send, send a draft for signature, download a branded signed copy, and read the document. A voided contract's signing link stops working on the signing page itself.
