If the storage service behind uploads stumbles for a moment, the app now quietly retries instead of giving up on the first attempt, so most short interruptions never reach you at all. When it really is unavailable, you get a plain "uploads are temporarily unavailable, please try again in a moment" message in your own language instead of a raw technical error code.
