When you allow a site to send notifications or read your clipboard without ticking "Remember this choice", or allow it in a private window, the site keeps that permission until you quit the browser or close the private window. Before, notifications could still fail to show right after you said yes. A one-time Allow for your camera, microphone or location lasts only while you have the site open, as in Chrome. Full-screen games and remote desktops can now ask to use every keyboard key, including Esc, and web apps can ask to keep their offline data on your device. Nothing is granted until you click Allow.
