App counts on the billing page now agree with each other
The Current Plan card could show an impossible app count, such as more apps enabled than the plan allowed, and it disagreed with the Apps tab on the same page.

The Current Plan card could show an impossible app count, such as more apps enabled than the plan allowed, and it disagreed with the Apps tab on the same page. It now counts the same apps the Apps tab lists, and on plans where an administrator controls app access it says how many apps are switched on for the workspace instead of quoting a limit that does not apply.
