Ask AI now opens for everyone
The "Ask AI" option in the Help & Feedback menu did nothing in workspaces where AI features are switched off.

The "Ask AI" option in the Help & Feedback menu did nothing in workspaces where AI features are switched off. It now opens as expected, so everyone can get help answers regardless of their workspace's AI settings.
