Activity and audit views across HR, finance, time tracking, approvals and files used to show "System", "Unknown" or a string of random characters for anyone who had since left the team, so a person's action looked like the platform's. Those rows now show the real name wherever it can still be found, and a clear "Former member" label when it genuinely cannot, so change history stays readable and accountable long after someone moves on.
