When you edit someone's compensation, the tax withholding profile now follows the country of the company that employs them rather than the workspace's own region. An employee of an Australian entity now gets the ATO declaration the pay run actually uses, including their tax file number, the tax-free threshold, study and training loan, Medicare levy, residency and superannuation, instead of the US federal filing status, so PAYG is calculated correctly for them.
