Designs that never had the automatic-placeholder setting saved used to have it treated as on, so creating from them could overwrite text like names, emails and dates with the signed-in user's own details. Those templates now keep the artwork exactly as authored, and templates where the setting was deliberately turned on still auto-fill as before.
