On the free plan, the Brand Hub upgrade sheet now says you can view and download your team's Brand Hub, and that adding palettes, logos, fonts, folders, placeholders and media starts with Starter. Before, it said you could already create palettes, logos and folders, even though trying to add one was blocked.
