Campaign From pickers now only offer addresses that can really send
Both the Simple Editor and the Visual Builder now check which sending domains are actually set up on the mail service before offering them.

Both the Simple Editor and the Visual Builder now check which sending domains are actually set up on the mail service before offering them. Addresses on domains that aren't set up yet appear greyed out as "Not set up for sending" instead of "Verified", registered domains like go.ciao.dev now show up, and the default sender is a dedicated sending address. If a send is still refused, you get one clear message, and your saved draft appears in the campaign list right away.
