Chart of Accounts now names each account's default tax code
The Tax Rate column now shows the tax code by name, such as "GST on Expenses (10%)", instead of a bare "10".

The Tax Rate column now shows the tax code by name, such as "GST on Expenses (10%)", instead of a bare "10". Accounts that share a rate, such as GST on Capital and GST on Expenses, show the same code in the list and in the edit dialog.
