Clearer contract terms when adding staff
New hires now start with "No end date (ongoing)" switched on for every employment type except fixed term, which asks for an end date after the start date.

New hires now start with "No end date (ongoing)" switched on for every employment type except fixed term, which asks for an end date after the start date. If ongoing is off and no end date is set, the wizard now stops and says "Add an end date or switch to ongoing" instead of moving on with an undefined term. The employer details form on Review also shows the country by name in a country picker.
