Companies and contacts missing a creation date now show one
Some company and contact records had no recorded creation date, which made them show a blank dash and float to the top of newest-first lists.

Some company and contact records had no recorded creation date, which made them show a blank dash and float to the top of newest-first lists. Every record now shows a real date, and new records can no longer be saved without one.
