Leave > Liability was listing contractors with accrued annual leave and implausible hourly rates, which also drove the "employees have accrued leave with no policy" warning and blocked the provision journal. Contractors are not entitled to paid leave, so they are now shown as not entitled on Team Balances and are left out of the liability entirely, unless someone has deliberately granted them leave through an allowance, their engagement terms or a policy that names contractors. The provision journal can be posted again, over the employees it actually covers.
