Properties you define for contacts, companies and deals can finally be filled in and read on every record and in the create forms, not just on contacts, and required ones are enforced wherever a record is edited. You can show them as columns in the contact, company and deal lists, filter contacts by them, reorder them, and retiring a property now archives it by default so the values already saved on your records are kept. Before deleting or archiving, you are told how many records hold a value, and duplicate or reserved field keys are refused instead of silently shadowing an existing property.
