Editing on a phone works across the Create editors

Text added to a website fits the screen instead of being cut off, and the insert panel closes so you can see what you just added. In the email editor the element buttons no longer cover the preview switcher. New whiteboard elements zoom into view instead of appearing as a tiny speck, and creating a whiteboard opens it straight away. Every spreadsheet menu is now reachable on a narrow screen, and the photo editor's colour swatches are easier to tap.
