Moving between the sidebar's tabs used to reload the whole app each time, so every switch felt like starting from scratch. Each one now stays loaded while you are using the sidebar, so switching back is immediate and you land exactly where you left off, including your scroll position and anything half typed. The tab you use most is also prepared quietly in the background, so the first click is fast too.
