An Enterprise 7 or Enterprise 20 workspace can no longer end up with more apps switched on than its plan includes, and a workspace that was already over its allowance moves up to the plan that covers it instead of quietly exceeding it. Workspaces on uncapped enterprise agreements are unaffected and keep every app they have enabled.
