Equity grants are now dated in your own timezone
When you open Issue Grant, the grant date and vesting start date now default to today where you are, not today in UTC.

When you open Issue Grant, the grant date and vesting start date now default to today where you are, not today in UTC. Anyone working ahead of UTC used to get yesterday's date pre-filled for the first hours of the working day, which put grants on the register a day before they were made. The same correction applies to stakeholder, transaction and valuation dates across the equity screens.
