Saved exchange rates on the Tax and Currency screen used to stop moving after you fetched them once, so invoices and reports kept converting at that day's rate. They now refresh every day from the live feed, and currencies you have added but never fetched, such as Singapore dollars, get a rate automatically. Rates you entered by hand are left exactly as you set them.
