Workspaces that imported deals from another CRM were seeing leftover import labels listed as if they were pipeline steps, and the same step showing up two or three times under slightly different names, which made stage conversion and the weighted forecast impossible to read. The panel now folds every imported stage name into one consistent set of stages and lists them in pipeline order.
