Forecast Review shows an unforecast deal as unforecast, not zero
Deals nobody had entered a forecast for used to count as a 0% prediction, dragging down team totals and making the AI look overly optimistic by comparison.

Deals nobody had entered a forecast for used to count as a 0% prediction, dragging down team totals and making the AI look overly optimistic by comparison. Those deals now show as "Not entered" and are excluded from the comparison instead.
