Frame selection now really makes a frame
Pressing Cmd/Ctrl+Alt+G in Pro Design wraps the selected layers in a new frame, keeps them exactly where they were, and a single undo takes it back.

Pressing Cmd/Ctrl+Alt+G in Pro Design wraps the selected layers in a new frame, keeps them exactly where they were, and a single undo takes it back. Before, it quietly made a plain group while saying a frame had been created.
