You can now set a parent company on any company (under More on Add or Edit company), so divisions like "Oracle Marketing" sit under "Oracle" instead of becoming duplicate records. The company page shows the group as a small tree with totals for deals, pipeline, won value, open tickets, invoices, contracts and health, and an Include subsidiaries switch rolls them up across the whole group. You can also list the account team (owner, account manager, support, exec sponsor) on a company; contract renewal reminders now reach the account manager too, and AI hand-offs can route to anyone on the team. The companies list gains a Group filter once you have a group. Small businesses see none of this until they use it.
