Handing over an email to a teammate now works
When someone viewing an email you are editing presses "Request edit access", you get a "Let them edit" button.

When someone viewing an email you are editing presses "Request edit access", you get a "Let them edit" button. Accepting saves your work, gives them the editor with your latest changes, and switches you to view mode.
