Holding Space to pan keeps the Select tool showing its true state
Previously the Select button kept a highlight outline while you were panning, so two tools appeared to be selected at once.

Previously the Select button kept a highlight outline while you were panning, so two tools appeared to be selected at once. The toolbar now highlights only the tool you are using.
