Previously only workspace owners and admins could save them, and the dialog showed an endless spinner instead of explaining the refusal.

Previously only workspace owners and admins could save them, and the dialog showed an endless spinner instead of explaining the refusal. Any save that fails now stops the spinner, shows the reason and keeps everything typed so nothing is lost.
