Everything in HR now lives in the left sidebar, grouped into People, Time, Pay, Growth and Insights & admin, with Dashboard shown once and the duplicate tab bar gone on every screen. A new "Find a person or action" search at the top of HR finds anyone on your team and also offers jobs like "Resend contract to ", Approve leave and Run payroll. Opening someone shows where you are (HR / Directory / their name) with a Resend contract button while their contract is waiting, and Payroll now sits under Pay too.
