HR now knows when leave can't be recorded because of a low balance
When you record or approve leave, you can now see the employee's current balance, and you get a warning before you submit if the leave would take them below…

When you record or approve leave, you can now see the employee's current balance, and you get a warning before you submit if the leave would take them below zero. There is a one-click option to record it as Unpaid leave instead. If paid leave is blocked this way, HR admins, the employee's manager and the employee each get a notification with a link to sort it out. Balances also no longer drop below zero without a warning on an employee's first leave of a type.
