An import that lost its browser tab used to stop where it was and stay marked "running" forever, so a portal with 20,847 companies could sit at 1,726 indefinitely. Unfinished imports are now picked up automatically and continue from exactly where they stopped. Companies are matched on their web domain, so a HubSpot company merges into the account you already had from an email or a form instead of arriving as a second copy with its domain stripped off. Imported companies now also carry revenue, employee count, founded year, LinkedIn, lifecycle stage, company type, parent company and your portal's own custom properties, with the owner mapped to the matching teammate. Finally, an email from a consumer internet provider such as att.net or comcast.net no longer creates a company: those are personal mailboxes, not businesses.
