"Skip duplicates" really leaves your existing contacts, companies, deals and tickets untouched, "Fill blanks" only fills empty fields, and "Skip empty records" and "Link contacts to companies by domain" do what they say. Custom HubSpot properties and the dates records were created in HubSpot now come across, and ticket conversations land on the right day. Records HubSpot sends without a name get a real one, from the company's website or the deal's company, instead of "No First Name" or "Unnamed Deal". If HubSpot refuses one kind of record, the rest still imports with a clear reason, the failed count counts records, and ticket links open in your own HubSpot region.
