Importing from HubSpot now recreates every ticket pipeline and stage exactly as it is in HubSpot, files each imported ticket into its real stage, keeps the portal's own custom ticket fields, and carries across the linked Jira issue. Tickets are also selected by default in the import, so a portal's service history is no longer skipped by accident.
