Setting expected or maximum hours per week above what a week can hold is blocked with a clear message when importing team members, editing a person, or bulk-updating staff, and anything over 60 hours a week shows a gentle "check this" prompt. That keeps time tracking targets, utilisation, payroll and leave accrual working from believable numbers.
