Workspace owners and admins can now sign in with Atlassian in Support settings, pick the Jira site, and import service desk requests without creating an API token. The API token connection keeps working, and Automo now tells you plainly when an Atlassian sign-in was revoked, is missing Jira Service Management access, or your account cannot read the desk.
