Inbound mail from rotating throwaway senders no longer creates CRM contacts, and free-mail addresses such as Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, AT&T and Zoho never create a company any more: the person is added with no company attached. Mail from several sub-domains of the same business is now grouped under one account instead of a new company per sub-domain, so your pipeline, unassigned counts and marketing lists show real accounts.
