All five tabs share the same layout, rows, empty states and width, and a new at-a-glance strip shows what is outstanding for training, certifications, policies and tasks, each one click away. Compliance tasks now name the policy, show due dates and list the most urgent first. Links now open the right tab, and overdue policies and safety actions no longer drop out of your list.
