Requesting time off used to show two different balances side by side: half a day against 2.5 days left, and the same half day against 83.60 hours (about 11 days). The request summary and the approval panel now read one balance in both days and hours, project the accrual you will have earned by your start date, stop counting a day you have not picked yet, no longer show a balance for unpaid leave, use the same denominator as the HR entitlements screen, and only show required errors once you try to submit.
