Leave balances now display cleanly
Team leave balances no longer show long floating-point numbers such as 22.939999999999998 after an allowance with a fractional carry-over is saved.

Team leave balances no longer show long floating-point numbers such as 22.939999999999998 after an allowance with a fractional carry-over is saved. Remaining, accrued, carried-over and projected day figures are all rounded consistently to two decimals everywhere they appear.
